Full Service vs. Fitzbo
Going For Sale By Owner can save you from paying commission fees, but it isn't for everyone. Selling a house takes research, patience, and time. For those who want to save money but would rather invest their time in other things, FitzGibbons Real Estate offers discount full service. Check out our comparison chart or give us a call if you need help deciding which is best for you. We strive to find the best approach to each individual's unique situation rather than offering a single, cookie-cutter solution.
How much does Fitzbo cost?
With Fitzbo, you are in complete control of how much you spend to market your home. Packages range from $10/month to $250/until sold, or you can unbundle and cherry pick just the services you want. Best of all, the first 2 months are free.
Where do I sign?
Nowhere! There are no contracts and no obligations with Fitzbo. To get started, create an account with some standard contact info. Then you can add your listing and upload pictures. Your Fitzbo listing will show up on Our Listings page, right alongside our full service properties. We'll give you a call to see if you'd like a yard sign or any other neat Fitzbo items. After 2 months, if you're not impressed (or if you've already found a buyer) we'll simply deactivate your listing. We never got your credit card number so we couldn't charge you if we wanted.
